I had a body hair trimming session, and it was my first time having some sort of hair removal service. I’m a non-binary, transmasculine person and asked beforehand if they had experience with trans people/were comfortable working with trans people. Marc was extremely kind and had clearly worked with trans people before and I would definitely label this place trans friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome, and explained how things would work and even texted me the day of to make sure I knew how to get to the studio.
The session itself was also very comfortable Marc made sure I felt relaxed. Both Marc and Chris were very friendly. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely go back.
