MAN-LAB was founded in 2016 to meet the growing demand for beauty & grooming treatments designed just for men. MAN-LAB is owned and run by Chris and Marc, a couple, who serve as both Directors and Therapists. Under their care, the business has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself as one of London’s leading names in male beauty.
Today, MAN-LAB remains a hub for all things men’s beauty, offering waxing, manscaping, facials, aesthetics and more, all delivered by experienced male therapists. (Injectables being doctor-led.)

All of our Therapists are male, LGBT, professionally trained and qualified, and have over 15 years of international experience. Our Doctors have over 10 years of medical experience and are always specifically trained in aesthetics.

Our Story
MAN-LAB was founded with a single idea: to create a grooming space built entirely around men. Not a unisex salon that added a “men’s section” – a dedicated, specialist studio where every treatment, every service, and every visit is male-focused.
We are based at MAN-LAB Studios, Unit 4e, 18–20 Hillgate Place, London SW12 9ER – a short walk from Clapham South Underground Station on the Northern Line. The studio is fully private, unmarked from the street, and designed to be discreet from the moment you arrive.
What We Do
We offer a comprehensive range of treatments for men, including:
WAXING FOR MEN — body waxing, intimate waxing, eyebrow, ear & nose waxing
MANSCAPING — body hair trimming, shaping, and clippering tailored to your needs
MEN’S FACIALS — deep cleanse facials, chemical peels, LED light therapy, and bespoke skin treatments
INTIMATE LIGHTENING — safe, professional anal bleaching and intimate lightening treatments
DOCTOR LED AESTHETICS— anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, and polynucleotides
All treatments are carried out by trained, qualified male therapists in a private one-to-one setting.

Male therapists only. Every therapist at MAN-LAB is male. We know that for many treatments — particularly intimate waxing and body treatments — this matters enormously to our clients. You will always be seen by a male therapist.
Completely discreet. We are a fully private and confidential service. Your privacy is our priority. The studio is not visible from the street, and we never share client information.
Professional and qualified. Our therapists are trained and experienced across all treatments we offer. For our aesthetic treatments, we work with qualified medical professionals.
Based in South London. We are conveniently located near Clapham South Underground Station (3–4 min walk on the Northern Line), with Balham Station also nearby. Pay-and-display and free residential parking are available on surrounding streets.
