THE KEY DIFFERENCE
Both do the same job. They relax the muscles that cause frown lines and crow’s feet, so you look fresher and less tired, but still like you.
Standard means Azzalure®, Botox® or Bocouture®. These arrive as a powder that’s mixed in the clinic.
Longer-lasting means Relfydess®. It arrives as a ready-made liquid. In clinical trials it tended to kick in sooner and last longer.

Can I switch from Botox® to the longer-lasting option?
Yes, if the doctor agrees it suits you. We usually wait until your last treatment has worn off, at least 12 weeks.
Can I switch back?
Yes. You’re never locked in.
Will people notice?
Not if it’s done well. You’ll look rested, not frozen.
Does it hurt?
A small pinch, over in about 10–15 minutes.
Is it safe?
Both are licensed in the UK and given by our GMC-registered doctor. The most common side effects are a small bruise or a mild headache. The doctor will go through everything with you first.
Which should I choose?
