📌 What happens next:
📝 New client? You’ll receive a Client Consent Form by email or SMS. Your appointment will only be fully confirmed once this form is completed. Please do it as soon as possible to secure your spot.
🪪 ID Check: We may ask for valid photo ID when you arrive. Standard security – nothing to stress about.
📅 Cancellations & No-shows:Less than 24hrs’ notice? 50% of the treatment cost applies. No-show? Deposit is non-refundable.Please give us plenty of notice if anything changes.
⏰ Running late?If you’re more than 5 minutes late, it may impact our schedule. In some cases, we may need to cancel your appointment and charge 100% of the treatment cost.Please contact us as soon as you know you’re running behind – we’ll let you know if we can still go ahead.
💳 Payment:All cards accepted – even AMEX/ Cash welcome, but bring exact change – we don’t carry any

On-street parking –Mon–Fri, 9:30 am–5:30 pm: permit zones H1/H2/H3, max 4 hours visitor stay ( a few streets surrounding the clinic, including Alderbrook Road, Hazelbourne Road, Nightingale Walk, Granard Road)- Free on weekends
