Each session uses one 2ml syringe. Sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Most clients need 3–4 for eyes, 2–3 sessions for normal skin, 5–6 for advanced ageing or more dramatic results.
24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY : All no show appointments and all appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will incur a 50% fee ( 50% of booked treatment)
DEPOSITS: If clients no show or cancel less than 24hrs before the treatment the deposit will be non-refundable
PAYMENTS: We accept all cards, including AMEX. Also, we accept cash but need the correct amount as we don’t hold change in the salon —
CLIENT FORMS: We will send you a client consent form via sms/email that needs to be completed and submitted ASAP- we reserve the right to ask for a Photo ID to confirm identity if applicable
LATE ARRIVALS: if you arrive late for your appointment and it significantly affects our scheduling for the day, we may need to cancel your appointment. In such cases, a 50% treatment charge may be incurred. Please inform us as soon as possible if you foresee attending your appointment late. Please understand that this decision is at the discretion of the Man-Lab Team. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
AGE REQUIREMENT: For all treatments with the doctor we operate a strict 18 + age requirement.
PLEASE NOTE: that in order to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff, we may request that clients provide a valid form of ID to confirm their identity before their scheduled appointment.
